Moderator Training

Moderator volunteers will facilitate interaction between the students and the instructor. Each Instructor will have different needs and each style of course will require different levels of support. Typically the moderator will monitor Zoom chat for the instructor, assist with Zoom raise hand feature, help with Q & A and, in general, be an extra set of eyes on the screen for the instructor.
