How to Find Your Course & Zoom Links For Instructors

Your online teaching resources are centrally located in the Learnmore Instructor Portal. This guide will walk you through finding your course Zoom link (which stays the same for every session) and any recorded class videos.

​🧭 Step-by-Step Portal Navigation

Step 1: Log In

• Go to learnmore.duke.edu and click the Instructor Login button at the top of the page.
• ​Log in using your credentials. (If you forgot how to log in click here)
  • Note: Your account will temporarily lock after 3 failed login attempts. If this happens, simply email [email protected] to request an unlock.​

Step 2: Locate Your Course

• Look at the menu panel on the left side. Click on Courses. 
• On your courses page, click directly on your specific Course Number.

Step 3: Access the Course Profile

• Once your Class List loads, look at the left-hand menu again and click on Course Profile.
• On the Course Profile page, you'll find your Course Description, the dates and times of your class sessions (including any skip dates you requested), and the location of your course.

Step 4: Launch Your Link

• Scroll down to the bottom of the Course Profile page to find the box labeled Online Resources.
• Inside, you will see your course link. The link will automatically launch and join your Zoom meeting.
• When you join the meeting, you will be automatically added to the waiting room until your OLLI staff person gets there and lets you in.

​⏳ Important: Arriving to Class Early

If you click your link and join your course more than 30 minutes before the official start time, you will temporarily see a Zoom window that says "Please wait, the meeting host will let you in soon." > To exit this waiting room if you accidentally joined too early:

1. Click the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the Zoom popup window.
2. Click Leave Meeting when prompted.

​🎥 Accessing Course Recordings

​If your course is being recorded, the video recording links will be posted right below your main course link in the Online Resources box. Recordings will be added within 48 hours of each completed session.
