• Zoom 1-on-1 Prep & Check Sign-up
  Instructors new to online teaching for OLLI at Duke are required to attend a Prep & Check session to verify your technology and practice Zoom features you plan to use.
  Click the button below and enter your name in an open time slot in the spreadsheet. You will be mailed a link to the Zoom meeting and additional information about the session.

Spring 2022 Instructor Training

Instructor training for this term is divided into three groups, based on how you are teaching: in-person, as a returning online instructor, or new to teaching online for OLLI at Duke. This table lists the available training for each group.

 

 Zoom meetings typically run 60 to 75 minutes, including time for Q&A.
 1-on-1 Prep & Check sessions typically run 30 to 60 minutes.
 Rehearsals (for online instructors new to OLLI at Duke) typically run 30 to 45 minutes.
 Links to Zoom sessions will be emailed to instructors.
